OPERATIONAL REPORT FOR SEPTEMBER 2019
1. Classroom Work
The school went on break immediately after the seminar for preachers and church leaders here in Takoradi. The part-time students continued with classes on week-ends throughout the month. The regular students reported in the last week of September.
2. EVANGELISM
While on vacation, the regular students continued to have studies with their prospects in their various congregations. Thirteen (13) baptisms were reported. (Attached are pictures of these activities).
3. School Drainage System
A report was made on the poor drainage system of the classroom block. Brother Toby Soechting provided an amount of $1,700 which we have used to work on the drainage and also the purchase of preaching equipment.
4. Repair / Maintenance Work
Two doors in the kitchen and the dormitory that had been eaten up by termites were replaced. A trap door was also replaced.
5. Public Address System
Again, we thank our sponsors for providing funds for the purchase of an address system (preaching equipment). Still left to be provided is the lightening system to have it complete. (I have attached photos of these).
6. Television
A report on the school’s television set was sent to you earlier and also shown brother Toby while here for the seminar. A new set was purchased.
