As we enter the last month of the year, there is a great deal to be thinking about: assessing the information surrounding the work for the past year, adjusting to the changes that are occurring, and planning the year ahead. Time goes by so quickly and with the proper evaluation, preparation and execution we look back and realize, we were ready to take advantage of the opportunities God provides.
We are entering the last few weeks of the second quarter of the school year in Denver. The students are finishing up their assignments and preparing for final exams. They are also looking forward to a needed break, as they will be able to travel and spend time with family and friends at home.
Many of the extension schools will also be taking a break as we near the end of the year. Until then, however, the news from around the world continues to be exciting. The growth of the Lord’s church does not slow down for the holidays and the proof is found in the demonstration of God’s power in bringing souls to Christ through the preaching of the gospel. Even though there are challenges and obstacles to overcome, the dedication of these servants of God prevails.
We ask you to keep praying about the work of training preachers. The new year will see several new students in Denver, recruiting in several of the extension locations, and the graduation of numerous men who are going into the world to bring souls out of the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of God’s beloved Son!
