The Work In Nigeria...

Dear fellow soldiers of Christ,

Greetings from the students and staff of Southwest School of Evangelism (SWSE), Ibadan -Nigeria.

On Sunday, September 1, 2013, in continuation of our series of studies on “Walking With God” at the Onikokoro / Gbongudu congregation, Ibadan, I taught on “Fellowship with God and One Another” from 1 John 1:5-7 while a year 2 student of SWSE named Oladokun Samuel admonished the church on “Overcoming Compromise” from Daniel 1. We are 56 in attendance with total collection of N2,790=.

One of the 2007 graduates of the school and one of the students in the program offered by the Bear Valley Bible Institute at SWSE-Ibadan main campus named Godspower Ikechuckwu Ossai reported the conversion of four people on September 1 at Ede-Adegoh congregation, Idah in Kogi State of Nigeria where he is presently serving as an evangelist.

Brethren, Lord's willing, I (brother Makinde E.Olufemi), brother Kayode Eniafe and brother Dele Shotola and the SWSE-students will be working with Egbeda congregation, Ona-Ara L.G.A. of Oyo State on the weekend of September 7 & 8 in evangelizing their community.

On August 28, a student of SWSE-Ibadan baptized brother Philip Isaac and brother Rotimi Felix Onaolapo.

We thank you all for your partnership and contribution toward the growth of the Lord's church in Africa! May the Lord of blessing continue to bless our work together in Jesus Christ name, amen.

Your fellow worker in Christ,

Makinde Ebenezer Olufemi(Director of studies)
