OPERATIONAL REPORT FOR JANUARY, 2024
Dear Brethren,
This is our report for the month of January.
1. CLASSROOM WORK
The students resumed on Monday, 15th January, 2024 as indicated in the last report. Tuesday was used as a cleaning day. They cleaned their rooms and the campus.
Classes started on Wednesday, 17th January. This is the first term of the 2nd year, meaning that they will complete the school at the end of this year. We are happy to announce that, we have admitted a new student this year. The number of regular students now stands at nine (9).
Teaching and learning has begun and the students are going to be taken through courses like, hermeneutics-2, homiletics-2, life of Christ-3, Old Testament-4 and Preacher and his work.
The part-time students have also resumed classes; they did that on Saturday, 13th January 2024. They wrote examinations on some of the courses they did before the end of year break. Now the courses they are studying are epistles of John and Jude and denominational doctrines.
2. PERSONAL EVANGELISM AND BAPTISM
A new year is upon us and our good God has given us strength to continue with the work of evangelism. Our current and past students are seriously spreading the good news of salvation. In order to inculcate the spirit and attitude of evangelism into our current students, Mondays are now used for personal evangelisms. The students go out into nearby communities to spread the good news. So far, many people have heard the gospel and God has blessed their effort with a soul.
There was a week-long evangelism organized by the Church at Nsein where Douglas Armah preaches. He invited nineteen (19) old students of the school to help him out. Many people were privileged to hear the undiluted word of God during the public preaching as it was live on a radio station. The Lord has so far added ten (10) souls to His Church.
Old students are still using social media and other avenues to proclaim the gospel.
